Vocational Skills Training and Upgrading of the Migrant Workers Born in the 1990s: Method Research

The migrant workers born in the 1990s have their own characteristics. Vocational skills training and upgrading provide them with good work ethic, stronger employment literacy so as to integrate into the urban culture as soon as possible, thus better promote economic restructuring and industrial upgrading while giving full play to their role for economic and social development. Therefore, the government, enterprises, schools and other social institutions must do their parts and make joint efforts with cooperation. Establishing a system of professional education and skill training for the rural migrant workers with the government leadership, enterprise participation, multiple education and social orientation is the only path for the strategic point of view in this training and upgrading regarding those born in the 1990s.
