手机媒体背景下高校思想政治教育工作探析

第三代移动通讯技术让手机媒体迅速成长，并呈现出信息接受个性化、传递精准化、交互即时化、沟通互动化等特征，极大地影响了高校思想政治教育方式的转变，并为其开辟新的教育平台提供了可能。而它在给高校思想政治教育带来机遇的同时也带来了挑战。要构建高校思想政治教育新平台，占领教育平台的新阵地，必须加速高校思想政治教育的队伍创新建设，重视高校思想政治教育新平台建设，加强手机媒体平台的监督引导工作，提高大学生使用手机媒体的素养水平。

On the University Ideological and Political Education Work under the Background of Mobile Media

The third generation of mobile communication technology allows the mobile media to develop rapidly and presents such characteristics of information as personahzed acceptance, accurate transmission, real-time interaction and interactive communication, etc. This has greatly influenced the change in the pattern of the ideological and political education, making it possible to open up a new educational platform. But it has also brought challenges as well as opportunities. In order to build the new platform and occupy its new positions, it is important to do as follows： accelerate the innovative team development of this education; pay attention to the establishment of the new platform for this education; strengthen the supervision and guiding work of the mobile media platform; improve the students＂ literacy in using mobile phone media.
