| 摘 要： | 在俞可平教授将善治概念引入我国之后,善政理念又重新引起了人们的关注。从内涵而言,亚里士多德对善的伦理学意义进行精确界定之后,善政理念的政治学涵义也就呼之欲出了。善政意味着为民众提供一种良善的生活,民众则成为了善政实现程度的评判者,充分体现了以人为本的理念。对于我国和谐社会的构建而言,善政理念的实现需要民主政治建设的不断加强、政治透明的进一步提高,以及民众高度的政治参与。
