基于城市化的新生代农民工职业技能培训路径研究

经济增长和社会结构转型带来了社会发展多方面的变化，其中新生代农民工的就业和技能状况是农村劳动力结构和就业结构发生变化的最突出表现。他们的职业流动性大，相关工作技能低，接受职业技能培训的机会少，影响了城市化进程。因此，应该从国家、政府、家庭和本人等多角度对职业技能培训问题进行分析，设计具有实用价值的职业技能培训发展路径。

The Research Based on the Training Path of the New Generation Peasant Laborers’ Vocational Skills

With the growth of economics and the transformation of social structure, it has brought many changes to social development.New peasant laborers＇ employment and skills condition is the most outstanding perfor- mance that the structure of rural labor force and employment have changed. Their occupation has the features of high mobility, low related working skill, low chance to have vocational skill training, that has influenced the develop of urbanization. Therefore, we should analyze the vocational skill training from the multiple perspectives of the state, the government and the family,Then plan a path with practical value.
