| 摘 要： | 民营企业得到了不断发展壮大 ,但同时也存在着较多问题。分析了民营企业经营管理中存在的主要问题 ,提出了实现由“家族管理”向“专家管理”的跨越、树立创新金融支持观念、强化财产控制、建立健全完备的财务资料以及提高资金运作水平等解决问题的主要对策

| Abstract: | Although the private owned enterprise have been developing continuously,there are many problems.The article analyses the main problems on management and administration existing in private owned enterprises and then puts forward some countermeasures on realizing the transition from patriarchal management to specialist management,establishing innovation idea in finance support,strengthening control property,setting up and improving financial data,and raising the level of fund operation and so on. |
