| 摘 要： | 基于个体权利的道德边际约束和传统的乌托邦理想的非现实性,诺齐克提出了"元乌托邦"设想."元鸟托邦"有三个环节国家-共同体-个人."共同体"由追求共同价值的人构成.国家只有一个,"共同体"即乌托邦的数量却是无限的."元乌托邦"将各种理想都包含于其中,是帮助人们实现各种理想和善的最完善的形式.但是"元鸟托邦"设想存在内在矛盾,缺乏理论依据和可行性.

| Abstract: | "Meta-utopia",a novelty conception developed by Nozick in his Anarchy, State and Utopia, which consists of three major topics: state, community and individual. The communities are composed of people who pursue the same value. The number of communities is not limited while the state is the only one. Meta-utopia is helpful for people to realize their ideals and the perfect form of good. However, the assumption of meta-utopia has its inner contradiction, lacks theoretical basis and feasibility. |
