| 摘 要： | 全球伦理提出的时代背景是全球化带来的伦理冲突和全球性问题的显现。全球伦理是避免相对主义的伦理,是相对于区域性伦理而言的、普世同质意义上的、是所有国家和地区的人民都应该共同遵守的伦理,是"全球意识伦理",指向全球性共同问题的、最低限度的底线伦理,是普遍性与特殊性、多样性和统一性相结合的伦理。
