| 摘 要： | 弱势群体是社会转型期的伴生物,其存在对和谐社会的建设带来了负面影响。本文从弱势群体的现状出发,在剖析弱势群体成因的基础上提出了解决问题、促进社会主义和谐社会构建的措施。
