摘    要:员工素质是驱动员工产生高绩效的关键因素。员工素质因素可分为内隐因素和外显因素,分别对员工绩效的产生有着不同的影响。要用系统的思想把握好员工素质投入产出的四个环节,并注意员工素质与企业相关因素的匹配性。

Abstract:Employees competence is the essential factor that affects employees' performance. The factors of employees' competence include underlying factors and outside factors that affect employees' performance disparately. The matrix of employee's competence inputting and outputting should be regarded as a system. The matching of the employee's competence and the corporation's relevant factors also affect employees' performance.
