| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术与信息系统的发展,社会环境的变化加快,传统行政组织业务流程弊端日益凸现,这就迫切要求行政组织进行流程重组(Business Process Reengineering,简称BPR).对组织现有流程的建模分析是整个BPR实施过程的基础及切入点.本文从流程特点、建模方向、动态性、可理解性、面向对象能力等方面对目前国内外几种主要的建模技术进行了系统的分析和比较,并结合实例,探讨了各个模型机制的特点.

| Abstract: | With the development of information technology and information science amd the accelerating change of the social environment accelerates, the defection of business process of the traditional administration organizes is increasingly convex now.This requires the administrative organization to carry on the business procedure to reengineering urgently.The modeling analysis of present process is foundation and breakthrough point to implement course of BPR.This paper carries on systematic analysis and compare to the domestic and international process reengineering techniques from the facet of process characteristics, mold direction, dynamic and so on.Then we use an example to discuss the characteristics of each technique. |
