不同光强下小麦幼苗NR活力与光合速率和呼吸速率变化的关系

摘    要:室内水培条件下不同光强处理的冬小麦安农7959叶片和根系NR活力及生物量在650-1700lux光强范围内随光照增强而提高,而最高光强处理的小麦叶片和根系NR活大及生物量比1700lux光强处理低。同样条件下春小麦徐州2111叶片和根系NR活力及生物量在650-2200lux光强范围内随光照增强而增加。进一步分析表明,两个品种小麦叶片光合和呼吸速率及根系呼吸速率与NR活力呈显着正相关。

Abstract:An experiment of solution culture was conducted to study effect of different light intensity on the NRA(nitrate reductase activity)and biomass of winter wheat(Annong 7959)and spring wheat(Xuzhou 2111). Light intensity up to 1700 lux had beneficial effects on NRA and biomass with"Annong 7959". However,high light intensity had adverse effect. But NRA and biomass were positively correlated to light intensity with"Xu zhou 2111". Futher.NRA was significantly and positively correlated with photosynthetic rate of leaves and respiratory rate of roots in both of the wheat.
