发展观的拓展与西部山区新农村建设的方向

发展观经历了一个逐步发展和深化的过程,从发展观逐步拓宽的视角并结合在西部山区乡村调查的经验材料,我们认为:西部山区村庄的新农村建设不应该仅仅是城镇化、市场化和现代化取向的发展和建设模式,而应该是"打基础、利长远"的建设,应该允许和倡导"主流发展"模式与非主流发展方式的共存和互动。

The Expansion of Development Concept and the Direction of New Rural Construction in Western Mountains

Development Concept is the experienced process of progressive development.From the perspective of development concepts and the experience of investigation in the western mountain villages,we put forward the views and thinking:the western mountain villages of the new rural construction should not only towns , market orientation and modernization in the development and construction model, which should be"laying the foundation, long-term benefits"of the building, and advocacy should be allowed to way of coexistence and interaction in development model of mainstream and non-mainstream.
