| 摘 要： | 重庆渝中区中介服务业近年来有较大的发展,呈现出自己的特点,已成为新的经济增长点,区政府为中介服务业的发展作了许多努力,由于还存在着观念、体制等方面的障碍,使渝中区中介服务业的发展还不够理想,本文提出了应转变观念、转变政府职能、加强队伍建设、实行统一监管等对策,以促进渝中区中介服务业的发展.

| Abstract: | In the past years, great progress has been made in the agency service of Yuzhong district in Chongqing. It has become a new economic growth point. Though the government has made great efforts to develop it, there are some deficiencies in its development because of the existing barriers of the ideas and system. This paper points out that the old ideology be changed, the government function be transferred, the procession construction be strengthened and the ward be unified to promote its development. |
