文化领导权与文化自觉语境下的农村文化建设

文化领导权理论指出：夺取和稳固政权必须牢牢掌握文化领导权,文化领导权获得的基本前提是民众的同意,依靠的主力军是有机知识分子,文化领导权的获得充满了斗争和妥协。党和政府要在农村区域获得牢固而持久的文化领导权,在农村文化建设中就必须牢固坚持AIE建设、培育乡村有机知识分子、再造农村文化自觉和自信,同时在农村文化建设中也要有所坚守和适度退场。
