| 摘 要： | 高等学校是知识密集型组织,高校办公自动化系统的广泛应用,产生了大量电子文件,这种电子文件与传统文件各有优势,它与纸质文件相辅相成,共同成为高校的服务资源。通过分析高校电子文件的特点及电子文件归档的利弊,探讨了知识管理视野下的电子文件归档策略。

| Abstract: | The institution of higher education is a knowledge-intensive organization. With the popular use of office automation system in colleges and universities, a large number of electronic documents have been produced, which supplement the traditional paper documents and turns to be another kind of service resources in college. Through analysis on the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of electronic document filing, the paper discusses the strategies from the perspective of knowledge management. |
