| 摘 要： | 后现代主义思维方式强调异质性,具体表现为思维的否定性与批判性,拒斥同一性思维,消解二元论,拒绝霸权话语的“不定原则”,以及由此种思维方式导致的对神圣之物、彼岸世界、意义世界、僵死的法律观念的解构.

| Abstract: | Postmodernism way of thinking emphasizes heterogeneity, manifested in the negative and critical thinking, rejection of identity thinking, digestion dualism, reject hegemonic discourse of the uncertainty principle, as well as by the result of this way of thinking sacred, the other side of the world, the world of meaning, the legal concept of deconstruction dead. |
