| 摘 要： | 高校思想政治理论课教师的职业倦怠,不但危害教师身心健康和专业发展,而且影响学生的学习热情和全面发展,并严重影响学校教学质量及社会的和谐发展。高校思想政治理论课教师职业倦怠的产生有社会、职业、学生和个人等多方面的原因。预防和缓解高校思想政治理论课教师职业倦怠是一项系统的工作,既需要社会支持、学校关心,也需要个人努力。

| Abstract: | Teachers＇ burnout in the course of Ideological and Political Theory not only does harm to their own physical and mental health and professional development, but also affects students＇ enthusiasm and all-round development, and seriously it will affect the quality of school teaching and the harmonious development of society. The teachers＇ professional burnout is attributed to various reasons from society, profession, student and personality. Preventing and relieving teachers＇ burnout is a series work in need of social support, school care and personal efforts. |
