| 摘 要： | 新时期学生价值观念的多元化和对高等教育需求的多元化对高等教育提出新的要求和挑战,在统一的培养计划和学生个体的全面发展共同要求下,大学生分层教育管理具有重要意义。从大学生分层依据和层次需求入手进行探讨,对大学生分层教育管理提出了建议。

| Abstract: | In the new period, higher education is challenged by the diversity of students＇ values and their demand for the education. So the grading education to college students is of great significance to meet the needs of unified training plan and the individuals＇ all-round development. Suggestions on management are given after the grounds and needs analysis of college grading education. |
