| 摘 要： | 在国内外学者的研究基础上提出创新型人才概念的理解与分类,分析创新型人才成长的规律。从外部成长环境和内部成长环境两个层面解析了创新型人才成长环境的总体构成,并分析各个构成部分之间的关系。结合创新型人才的特点,提出建设及优化成长环境的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the home and foreign researches, this paper presents the concept and classification of innovative talents, generalizing the features and analyzing the rules of innovative talent development. The general constitution of talent training is analyzed from the aspects of external and internal environment, and the relations between various components are discussed. Combined with the characteristics of innovative talents, strategies to build and optimize the environment are put forward. |
