目标管理与高校学生工作

目标管理是20世纪50年代中期在科学管理和行为管理理论基础上形成的一套管理理论,是现代化管理的一项重要内容.面对高校学生管理工作提出的新课题,引进目标管理机制应是提高高校学生管理水平的有益尝试.文章从目标管理的概述入手,对高校学生工作的目标设置、实施及绩效评价等方面进行研究,以期推进高校学生管理工作引进目标管理机制,提高管理水平.

Management by objectives and Student Management in Universities and Colleges

Management by Objectives(MBO) is a management theory formed in the middle of 1950 on the basis of scientific management and behavior management.It is an important content of modern management theory.In the face of new problem caused by college student management,we should apply MBO to improving the level of college student management.This article studies objectives setting,objectives achievement and performance evaluation in college student management while discussing MBO overview at the beginning.The purpose of this study is to improve management level in college student management by applying MBO.
