关于大学英语教学中的几个关系问题

大学英语教学的改革进行了多年,无疑取得了显著成效,但仍有许多问题值得探讨.本文试图从大学英语教学的目的入手,对教学中的几个关系作进一步的分析,提出以培养学生综合运用语言的能力为目标,以教师为主导,以学生为主体,坚持课堂内外相结合的大学英语教学原则.同时,注意测试对教学的引导作用,改革校内考试内容及方法并提高其地位.

On the Reforming of College English Teaching

To teach students to use the language is the main purpose of English teaching and learning.This paper discusses the principles of the newly revised Natonal College English Syllabus,analyses several relationships in the reforming of College English Teaching,and concludes that language teaching should always aims at students'five skills of listening,speaking,reading,writing and translating,English teachers should set up a new student- centered teaching model,students should make full use of the time in the class and after class and try to get as many opportunities to practise as possible,and also the authorities should not pay too much attention to Band 4 and Band 6 Examination in case students learn the language just for the sake of examination.
