| 摘 要： | 随着对外交往的增多,合同已成为电力企业从事国际化经营的重要手段和工具。但目前电力企业在涉外合同的管理中还存在不少问题。笔者认为,应从合同管理制度、合同签订和合同履行等方面解决这些问题。
