京津廊大都市区生态城市低碳交通发展研究——以廊坊发展低碳交通为例

运用定性与定量相结合的方法，结合城市群理论、生态城市以及低碳交通理论，分析京津廊大都市区未来生态城市和低碳经济发展趋势以及对交通发展的要求，得出京津廊大都市区可持续发展目标的实现必须构建城市群低碳交通体系，通过低碳交通产业的集聚效应和关联效应促进京津廊大都市区的和谐发展，提出了京津廊城市群构建低碳交通体系的长期、中期和短期的战略目标，依据京津廊大都市区低碳交通主要制约环节，提出了从理念上、技术上、激励和创新体制上采取相应的对策。
