Sentencing is an important part of the criminal trial activities,and is the corner of judicial trial and an important indicator of judicial justice.In recent years,there have appeared a lot of drawbacks in sentencing,showing that it is an urgent need for sentencing procedures to be independent of the conviction process,and strict regulation is needed.Correspondingly,we must establish a sentencing system different from convicted proof system in order to make sentencing more fair and reasonable
