| 摘 要： | 要推进东北区域经济融合,就需要付出长期而又艰苦的务实努力,在这一过程中应当注重发挥中心城市作用。为此,大连要明确在推进东北区域经济融合中的战略定位,认准在推进东北区域经济融合中的综合优势,积极推进在东北区域经济融合中的战略举措,使大连能够充分发挥比较优势,促进东北区域经济大融合,并且进一步强化自身的实力地位。

| Abstract: | The regional economic integration in Northeast China needs long-term and arduous efforts.Central cities in this region in the process should fully play their roles.Thus it is necessary for Dalian,one of the developed cities in Northeast,to recognize its strategic position and comprehensive advantages so as to actively involve in the implementation of strategic measures for the integration,i.e.to fully play its advantages and enhance its strength at the same time. |
