风险社会背景下我国高校应急危机管理探析

风险社会已成为现代社会常态,在"危机四伏"的风险社会里,作为社会有机组成部分的高校同样置身于危机之中。通过分析我国高校危机管理水平现状,指出了高校危机管理存在理念陈旧和预警机制、管理机构、反馈和评估机制不健全等问题。提出了在风险社会背景下,加强我国高校危机管理的途径:更新观念,提高认识;齐抓共管,形成合力;完善管理机构;建立健全预警机制、利益协调机制、心理干预机制和信息沟通管理机制。

Analysis on Urgent Crisis Management for Universities under Background of Risk Society

Risk society has become a normalcy in the modern society.As an important indispensable part in the society,colleges and universities also enter into the crisis.Based on the status quo of risk management in China’s colleges and universities,this paper points out such problems as out-of-date ideology and early warning mechanism,imperfect management institutions and feedback and assessment mechanism.This paper then proposes countermeasures on how to adhere to such principles of prevention first,rapid reaction,unified command and people orientation and how to improve risk management in colleges and universities: update the ideas in order to increase the awareness,take charge in unison and jointly administrate so as to form resultant force and establish perfect early warning mechanism,interest coodination mechanism,mental intervention mechanism and information communication and management mechanism.
