| 摘 要： | WTO是我国民营经济持续健康发展的一道门坎。基于国家 ,对民营经济地位的认识在不断提高、市场需求结构正在发生深刻变化、市场竞争态势加剧、知识经济环境下经济全球化趋势加速等制度背景 ,我国民营经济发展创新应在市场、管理、科技、产业等四方面进行战略定位。政府应在立法、融资、产业进入及管理上提供有效的制度供给。
