| 摘 要： | 搞好高校的思想政治工作,直接关系到学生的培养质量.文章认为,要搞好高校的思想政治工作,必须抓好以下几项工作:构建以人为本的和谐校园环境;确立学生在思想政治工作中的主体地位;积极推进思想政治课的改革,提高思想政治课的针对性和实效性;建立调动高校思想政治工作队伍积极性的激励机制;加强校园网管理,主动抢占网络阵地;加强校园网管理,主动抢占网络阵地;开展心理健康教育,促进学生健康成长.
