| Abstract: | With the coming of knowledge based economy, there are more and more knowledge based companies. The role of innovation becomes more and more important in the face of intense market competition. Only with innovation management, can an enterprise win in an active competition. This article takes research on some specific problems about knowledge innovation management, discusses the main duties of knowledge innovation management, and puts forward the management model. |
