| 摘 要： | 站在人类学的角度,本文对上郎德村以"工分制"为基础,以集体分配为形式的社区参与旅游模式作了概括的介绍,并从苗族与社区历史、"安全第一"的农民道义生存伦理以及苗族文化传统等因素对这一特殊旅游参与模式作了成因分析。
