| Abstract: | It is the need of the era to strengthen the quality e ducation in humanities. It is also the historic move to face the challenges of t he knowledge economy and participate in the competition of comprehensive strengt h for our nation. In order to attain this goal, the institutions of science and engineering must take the road of constructing a system of humanistic education. It is suggested that a major form and an important way would be the following t wo points: actively develop campus cultural activities and organize social activ ities for the college students.. |
