论道德教育过程中的师生关系

摘    要:师生关系是学校教育生命力的最重要的因素之一。道德教育过程中的师生关系应是一种对话合作关系。教师与学生之间平等对待、相互宽容、相互信任、相互尊重是师生对话必不可少的条件。对话过程是师生之间共享知识、共享经验、共享智慧、共享人生意义的过程。师生对话增加了学生的道德知识,培养了学生的道德情感,加强了学生的道德意志,促进了学生的道德行为,从而促进了学生的道德发展。

Abstract:The teacher-student relationship is one of the most important factors of the vitality of school education.It should be a kind of dialogic and cooperative relationship in the process of moral education.It is of necessity for the dialogue to treat equally,tolerate,trust and respect mutually between teachers and students.The dialogue is one process during which teachers and students share knowledge,experience,wisdom and meaning of life.As a result,it can develop the students' morality by enlarging their moral knowledge,cultivating their moral emotion,improving their moral will and promoting their moral behavior.
