摘    要:中小型民营企业尽管已经在我国社会经济中占有相当的分量和地位,但由于受自身条件的制约,它们在现代市场竞争中面临的压力和挑战更为严峻,中小型民营企业要在激烈的市场竞争中求得生存和发展,唯一的出路在于创新。但正是各类高层次人才尤其是高层次管理人才的缺乏,严重制约了民营企业的创新发展。如何吸引并留住高层次人才,是民营企业要实现新的发展必须思考和解决的一大问题。

Abstract:Medium and small-sized private enterprises, though they have taken a fairly high place and weighed much in the national economy, are facing severe pressure and challenge because of their own limitations. Innovation is the only way that they can take to survive and develop in the keen competition. However, their development is limited due to their lack of high-level talents, especially higher-level managers. The main problem the medium and small-sized enterprises should consider and solve is how to attract and keep the higher-level talents. Only in this way can they achieve new development.
