| 摘 要： | 电子政务实施后我国地方各级政府在信息管理中面临着资源、系统建设、系统运作等共性问题,因此地方各级政府信息管理制度建设的内容取向显得尤其重要,通过理性分析,可以进一步为地方政府信息管理制度安排提供建议和参考。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes some issues of common concern raised by local governments at different levels after the implementation of E - government, including management of information resources, the construction of information management system and the operation of the system. It also points out the content orientation in the institutional construction of the local government' s information management, and advances some rational proposals in this regard. |
