| 摘 要： | 本文旨在论述欧盟多语主义原则的确立和分析多语主义政策的有效推行,进而探讨多语主义的意义和当前存在的问题。尽管多语主义造成效率低下和引发语言地位失衡,并且与欧洲认同构成悖论,给欧盟一体化的未来发展造成困难,但本文认为,多语主义面临的困境是无法通过激进的方案解决的,从目前来看,维持多语主义仍具有一定的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Ever since its establishment,the EU has adopted the policy of multilingualism to promote linguistic diversity by respecting different languages.This article identifies the EU's strategy to promote multilingualism and reflects on the positive and negative sides of such strategy.Despite its role in promoting integration,there is a considerable amount of dissatisfaction regarding both the practicalities and the costs of institutional multilingualism. |
