| 摘 要： | 美国一流大学的学术文化是美国大学校园文化的精华,是一流大学区别于一般大学最显著的文化标志,也是最具普适性与最易于向不同文化背景的世界各国大学扩散的文化因素。本文作者在实地考察美国4所一流大学的基础上,从追求卓越的一流意识、“三位一体”的研发模式、横向融合的交叉创新与优选优教的人才培养等方面论述了美国一流大学的学术文化。
