| 摘 要： | 本文分析了南阳地区乡镇企业的现状，指出了乡镇企业发展中存在的问题．从南阳地区的资源优势和产业构成出发，论述了发展轻工业、矿产开采、传统工艺品加工的优越布局条件，提出了乡镇企业的产业选择、开发途径、经营方式及合理布局等发展战略．对南阳地区的乡镇企业发展具有现实和长远指导作用。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the present situation of Villages, and Townships' enterprises in Nanyang Prefecture and points out the existing problems in the development of the enterprises. It discusses the superior distribution conditions to grow light industry, mining of minerals' and processing of traditional handicraft articles' putting forth the strategg of industrial choice,developing ways,managing styles and reasonable distribution for the enterprises. This article has a realistic and long-term guidance for the development of villages' and townships' enterprises |
