本文在分析东盟对中国的基本战略判断的基础上 ,探讨了冷战后东盟对华的主要战略。作者认为 ,由于东盟认为中国未来的走向有一定的不确定性 ,所以它对华奉行的是一套以“接触”为主 ,辅之以“大国平衡”的战略。东盟希望借此战略将中国融入到国际社会中去

On ASEAN's China Strategy after the Cold War

On the basis of the analysis of ASEAN's strategic judgment of China, this paper explores ASEAN's major China strategy. The author argues that since ASEAN holds that there is uncertainty in China's future direction, it pursues a strategy that gives priority to "engagement" with the assistance of "the balance of power". ASEAN hopes that this strategy will bring China into the international society.
