| 摘 要： | 分析了目前我国预算支出分配的不足之处 ,在综合考虑了预算支出的政策性、管理性和经济性等因素的基础上 ,建立了实用的交互式分层多目标协调模型 ,并对天津市预算支出进行了优化分配的实证研究。仿真结果表明 ,此方法分配结果科学合理 ,对同样部门预算的优化分配方面也具有重要的实用价值

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the shortage of budget expenditure.On the basis of considering the policy factors,management factors and economic factors,practical mutual multi- layer multi- object coordinate model is established.Italso gives an empirical research on the allocation of Tianjin budgetexpenditure.The results show that the this method is very rational and it can also be used for the allocation of the depart- ment budget. |
