| 摘 要： | 科学怀疑与怀疑主义有着本质的区别。科学怀疑既是一种方法，又是一种精神。科学怀疑方法是一种辩证的方法、批判的方法，是否定精神的具体表现，科学怀疑方法体现了人们思维的至上性与非至上性的统一。首先，科学怀疑有助于主观能动性的充分发挥，推动了认识的发展；其次，科学怀疑是解决科学疑难问题，使科学理论得到确定的有效途径；再次，科学怀疑是辨别真科学与伪科学的有效方法。
