摘    要:煤粉燃烧过程非常复杂,影响煤粉燃烧器稳定工作的因素有很多。针对特定的煤粉燃烧器,基于煤粉燃烧机理,采用Gambit软件对燃烧器进行建模和结构化网格划分,并在Fluent软件中选取拉格朗日/欧拉法、P1辐射模型、混合分数/概率密度函数法、动力/扩散反应速率模型、Realizable kappa-epsilon湍流模型以及Simple算法等对煤粉燃烧器进行燃烧分析。研究了一次风不同条件下燃烧器内部场的变化并对其进行数值分析和仿真,其结果与燃烧理论有较好的一致性。并依此给出一次风合理取值范围为20m/s~30m/s,一次风旋流强度合理取值为1,为煤粉燃烧的合理控制提供了重要的参考依据。

Abstract:The process of pulverized coal burning is so complex that there are many factors affect the stability of pulverized coal burner .Based on the mechanism of coal combustion for a certain burn-er ,this paper uses Gambit Fluent and software to establish a series of numerical simulations and gener-ate its structural mesh . The mathematic model includs Lagrange/Euler method ,P1 radiative heat transfer model ,mixture fraction and probability density function approach .Besides ,dynamic and dif-fusion reaction rate model was used .It also uses the realizable kappa -epsilon turbulence model and the simple algorithm to analysis .Finally ,after studing and simulating the change of the inner flow field of the pulverized coal burner under different conditions of primary air ,the result matchs the burn-ing theory quite well .Besides ,the reasonable parameters can be acquired .Specifically ,the speed of the primary air takes from 20m/s to 30m/s and the swirl strength takes value for 1 .Thus a theoretical basis can be provided to reasonable control to the pulverized coal burning .
