论高校离退休人才资源的开发

摘    要:高校离退休专业技术人员是高智力社会群体,是学校和社会的重要人才资源。发挥老教授、老专家的积极性和创造力,使他们“老有所为”、“老有所乐”,是构建社会主义和谐社会的内容和需要。分析了开发高校离退休专业技术人才资源的意义、途径以及应注意的问题,结合高校离退休工作在如何正确开发、管理离退休专业技术人才资源,为高校发展、构建和谐校园和社会经济建设发挥作用提出建议和对策。

Abstract:Retired technicians in colleges and universities are a social group with high intelligence.As an important part of college and social human resources(HR),they boast great potential of social innovation and large social value.Therefore,we should realize the significance of HR development among college retired technicians guided by the principle of enabling the old to serve the people and contribute to the society.Besides,we should take the concrete situation and the retirement administration in specific colleges into consideration,and develop human resources among retired technicians in a scientific and reasonable way.These are one of the most important contents and internal need of constructing a socialist harmonious society.
