| 摘 要： | 世博园区及周边区域是上海城市未来不可多得的发展空间,必须进行综合性、多元化的功能开发,而综合开发的关键在于定位标志性的区域核心功能,同时兼容其他多元功能。在与其他全球性大都市发展趋势的横向比对研究中,提出了上海世博园及周边区域后续开发有关核心功能定位的两种方案,一是顶级中央商务区（CBD）,二是国际化的中央活动区（CAZ）,并分别对两种方案的优点和不足予以分析。
