The policy of enrollment expansion in universities and colleges has been carried out for several yeas, which makes many schools, especially universities and colleges for nationalities (UCN) , face the challenge for improving their teaching quality. UCN should grasp the chance , receive the challenge, change the pressure into impetus , pay much attention to teaching quality, increase educational investment, strengthen as well as deeply reform teaching system and build a team of teachers with good quality. So the development of higher education for nationalities becomes sustainable.
