| 摘 要： | 采用O ffice 2000的4种组件———W ord 2000、Excel 2000、Access 2000、Outlook 2000处理编辑部的各种编辑事务,实现编辑部无纸化办公,简单易行、实用方便,既可节约办公开支,又能加快稿件的处理速度。同时,在编辑部内建立对等网络,通过“网上邻居”,则可实行“资源共享”。

| Abstract: | With the use of four components of Microsoft Office 2000,namely,Word 2000,Excel 2000,Access 2000,and Outlook 2000,paperless editing can be realized,which is simple,convenient,efficient and cost-saving.At the same time,by connecting the computers into a peer-to-peer network,resources can be shared in the editorial department. |
