| 摘 要： | 解读和谐社会,应该着力把握其表征时代精神的理论特质,特别是与时俱进的实践品格。和谐文化以崇尚与追求和谐为价值取向,融思想观念、思维方式、行为规范、社会风尚为一体,是中国特色社会主义文化的有机构成与发展方向。在和谐文化传播与和谐社会构建过程中,图书馆的和谐构建功能具有得天独厚的优势。

| Abstract: | To explain harmonious society needs to grab the theoretical character of zeitgeist and the practical quality of advancing with the time.Harmonious culture advocates and pursues harmony,mixing thinking ideas,thought patterns,behavioral norms,social climate into one system.It is the organic composition and developmental direction of socialist culture with Chinese characters.Library's harmonious construction has its advantages in the process of building harmonious cultural transmission and harmonious social construction. |
