| 摘 要： | 我国证券行业正处于快速发展阶段，证券营销代表的知识应用与管理问题日渐显现。笔者主要探讨证券营销代表的知识管理问题，包括分析其知识需求，设计以最佳案例库为核心的证券营销代表知识管理系统以及保障这一系统正常运转的有关环境。

| Abstract: | Recently securities portfolios in China are evolving very fast,accompanying with the emerging of the issues of knowledge application and management of the securities marketing representatives. This paper focuses on the issues of knowledge management of securities marketing representatives, including the analysis of the knowledge requirements, the design of knowledge management system centering on the best cases bank, and the construction of related environment guaranteeing the system. |
