| Abstract: | The development of higher education must have a clear positioning and distinctive features,which is shared by all the leaders of insititutions of higher education.The positioning and features should be reflected by the construction of disciplines and majors.The combination of production,learning and research,deepening of quatity-oriented education and strengthening of faculty construction are an important garantee for the development of higher education. |
