| Abstract: | The social work taking part in the Minimum Living Standard Security System avoid not benefiting in the acquaintance society,they may better standard of the Minimum Living Standard Security System through collecting the information and setting up the database and avoid the extraordinary benefit and repeating benefit.The social work will empower the vulnerable groups and help them attain the welfare claim. |
