| 摘 要： | 美国是较早确认集体谈判机制的国家，后逐渐将其适用于职业体育领域，并形成其特点。NBA的集体谈判协议中安排了球员准入年龄、自由流动及工资帽等限制性措施，其目的是为了平衡球队间的竞争。在海外篮球市场的冲击下，其集体谈判机制面临挑战，NBA需对其全球战略及即将进行的2011年集体谈判进行重新考量。
